Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using Whisone (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use Whisone for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation. The Service is not directed to children under 18.

What Whisone provides

Whisone provides tools for investment research and education, including company information, market data, scores, research verdicts, comparisons, watchlists, alerts, portfolio tracking, learning content, calculators, and AI-assisted analysis.

Features, coverage, data providers, limits, and presentation may change as the Service develops. Some features may be marked beta, experimental, or available only on certain plans or markets.

Accounts and account security

• Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• Keep your password, sign-in links, and account tokens confidential.
• Do not share an individual account or allow unauthorised access.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect misuse or a security incident.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law says otherwise.

Research, market data, and financial disclaimer

Whisone content is general information for research and education. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice and does not consider your complete financial circumstances. Scores and labels such as Strong Buy, Buy, Wait, or Avoid are research summaries—not instructions or promises.

Market prices may be delayed. Company filings, estimates, derived metrics, currency conversions, and third-party data may be incomplete, unavailable, or incorrect. You should check timestamps, review primary sources, and independently verify material information before making a decision.

Investing involves risk, including loss of capital. Past performance, model outputs, simulated returns, and historical data do not guarantee future results. Whisone is not a broker, exchange, investment manager, or custodian and does not execute or hold investments.

AI-assisted features

AI-generated responses may summarise evidence, explain concepts, or help structure research. They can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong and may misunderstand your question. AI output must not be treated as a sole basis for a financial decision.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, confidential employer information, or other sensitive personal data in prompts or support fields. We may use automated systems and human review to operate, secure, evaluate, and improve these features as described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Current prices, plan features, billing periods, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. By subscribing, you authorise our payment provider to charge the selected payment method for the disclosed amount and renewal period.

Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel through the available account or billing controls; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period unless the checkout terms or applicable law require otherwise. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase. Failed payments may result in restricted or suspended access.

Promotions, trials, referral benefits, and usage allowances may have additional conditions shown when offered. We may change future pricing or plan features with reasonable notice where required.

Acceptable use

You may use the Service only lawfully and for its intended purpose. You must not:

• break the law, infringe rights, mislead others, or facilitate market abuse;
• scrape, harvest, copy, resell, or systematically extract the Service or its data without written permission;
• reverse engineer, bypass access controls or usage limits, probe vulnerabilities, or interfere with operation;
• upload malware or submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or rights-infringing content;
• impersonate another person, create accounts through automation, or use the Service to build a competing dataset or model where prohibited by law; or
• remove attribution, ownership notices, or source information.

Ownership and your content

Whisone and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, brand, software, interface, research presentation, and original content. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal or internal business research.

You retain ownership of lawful content you submit, such as support messages, comments, portfolio entries, and feedback. You give us a limited licence to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service. Feedback may be used without restriction or payment, without identifying you publicly.

Third-party services and links

The Service may rely on or link to market-data sources, company filings, identity providers, payment processors, analytics providers, email services, and external websites. Their content and services are controlled by their operators and may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices. Whisone is not responsible for third-party availability or content except to the extent required by law.

Availability, suspension, and termination

We aim to operate a reliable Service, but uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed. We may maintain, modify, restrict, or discontinue features. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the Service, investigate misuse, comply with law, address non-payment, or enforce these Terms.

You may stop using Whisone at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive—such as ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—continue after termination.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whisone and its operators, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss; lost profits or data; trading losses; or decisions made using the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights available under mandatory consumer law.

Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, or risk. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice where a change is material or legally required. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its competent courts. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.
