It also offers building and construction services. The company was formerly known as Lafarge Africa Plc and changed its name to HBM Nigeria Plc in April 2026. The company was incorporated in 1959 and is headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria. Lafarge Africa Plc operates as a subsidiary of Caricement BV.
