Veritas Kapital Assurance Plc provides non-life insurance products and services to individuals and businesses in Nigeria. It operates through Non-Life Business, Pension Administration, and Health Care segments. The company offers fire and special perils, motor, bond, aviation, marine, oil and gas, energy, property, agriculture, personal and group accidents, household, third party, travel, workmen’s compensation, construction, health, and other insurance products. It also provides engineering insurance products, including contractor’s and erection all risks insurance policies, as well as machinery breakdown insurance. In addition, it is involved in the administration and management of pension fund assets. The company was formerly known as UnityKapital Assurance Plc changed its name to Veritas Kapital Assurance Plc in April 2018. The company was incorporated in 1973 and is headquartered in Abuja, Nigeria. Veritas Kapital Assurance Plc is a subsidiary of Veritas Capital Limited.
